Face serum is one of those steps that feels a bit more personal to me. It’s where I slow down, even just for a minute, and actually pay attention to what my skin might need that day.
I don’t always expect instant results, but I do notice how my skin behaves over time when I use the right one consistently.

1. Nature Republic Bulgarian Rose Serum

This one feels soft and slightly indulgent, mostly because of the scent—it has that gentle rose note that makes the routine feel a little more special. The texture is light and smooth, easy to layer without feeling heavy. I usually reach for it when I want my skin to look a bit more fresh and awake. It doesn’t feel complicated, just quietly hydrating and comforting. On days when my skin looks a bit dull, this one helps bring back a subtle glow without trying too hard.

2. ISOI Blemish Care Serum

This one feels more focused, like it has a specific job to do. I tend to use it when my skin looks uneven or when I’m dealing with marks that take too long to fade. The texture is still lightweight, but it feels a bit more purposeful compared to the rose serum. It’s not something I expect to work overnight, but with regular use, I notice my skin tone looks a bit more balanced. It’s the kind of product I use when I want to be a bit more intentional with my routine.
I don’t layer these together—I usually pick one depending on how my skin looks that day. If I want something light and refreshing, I go with the rose serum. If I’m more focused on evening things out, I reach for the ISOI one. Keeping it simple like this makes the routine feel less overwhelming.
